‘‘Steppe Adventure X’’ LLC Terms and Conditions.

Deposit Requirements. You are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $700USD per person for your booking to be confirmed. If we accept your booking, we will issue a confirmation invoice. The remaining payment of 2800USD can be paid in person upon arrival.

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings, services, and participation in tours provided by Steppe Adventure X LLC (“we”, “us”, “the Company”). By booking a tour or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Booking & Payment

• A booking is confirmed only after full or partial payment as specified during checkout.

• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

• The Company reserves the right to adjust prices due to currency changes or operational costs.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 60+ days before the tour start date: 75% refund.

• Cancellations 30–59 days before the tour: 50% refund.

• Cancellations less than 30 days before the tour: No refund.

• No refunds for unused services, late arrivals, or early departures.

• The Company may cancel or reschedule a tour due to safety, weather, or operational reasons. In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

4. Rider Requirements

• Participants must hold a valid motorcycle license that allows riding in Mongolia.

• Riders must be in good physical condition and capable of handling adventure terrain.

• Helmets and protective gear are mandatory.

5. Safety & Liability

• Adventure motorcycle travel carries inherent risks.

• The Company is not liable for injuries, accidents, loss of property, delays, or events beyond our control (weather, road conditions, political events, etc.).

• Participants ride at their own risk and must follow guide instructions at all times.

• Personal travel insurance with medical and evacuation coverage is mandatory.

6. Responsibility of Participants

• Follow all local laws, respect cultural sites, and behave responsibly.

• Any damage to motorcycles or equipment caused by negligence is the rider’s responsibility.

• Participants are responsible for securing their own visas and travel documents.

7. Privacy Policy

We collect only the information necessary for booking and safety purposes. Personal data will not be shared with third parties except where required for tour operations or legal compliance.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mongolia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Mongolian courts.

9. Acceptance

By booking a tour with Steppe Adventure X LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
