Our signature route takes you from Ulaanbaatar deep into the steppe, guiding you through sacred mountains, granite rock formations, desert plains, and lush river valleys. This curated expedition combines cultural discovery, natural wonders, and the freedom of the open road.
Your adventure begins in Ulaanbaatar, heading south toward the spiritual cliffs of Zorgol Khairkhan, a sacred massif rising from the steppe. From there, the route leads to the otherworldly granite formations of Baga Gazriin Chuluu, a stunning labyrinth of rocks shaped by centuries of wind and time.
Continuing west, we arrive at the legendary Ongiin Khiid, one of Mongolia’s most significant monastery ruins—an evocative place that connects you to the country’s spiritual past. The landscape then shifts as we enter the fertile grasslands of the Orkhon Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the cradle of nomadic empires. Here, you’ll ride through timeless pastoral scenery before reaching the powerful Orkhon Waterfalls, one of Mongolia’s most iconic natural landmarks.
The adventure continues into the forested mountains near Tsenkher Hot Springs, where you can relax in restorative geothermal waters surrounded by nature. After recharging, we ride north to the tranquil shores of Ugii Lake, a peaceful freshwater lake known for birdlife and stunning sunsets.
Our final stop is Kharkhorin, the ancient capital of the Mongol Empire, home to the historic Erdene Zuu Monastery. From here, we complete our loop back to Ulaanbaatar, returning with memories of vast landscapes, powerful history, and the pure freedom of riding across the steppe.
